La Maison Properties recommend only experienced Chartered Surveyors for full building surveys on both commercial and residential properties.
RICS Home-buyer survey and valuation reports can be arranged at short notice. In all cases, we recognise the importance of a rapid response to instructions.

Conveyancing
La Maison Properties has longstanding relationships with a number of Solicitors to assist our buyers and sellers in keeping their move simple, cost-effective, and running to time.

We appreciate that there can be some delays which are unavoidable, but these are largely predictable and we are experienced enough to target these potential delays from the outset.

When working with the Solicitor, acting for the buyer and seller, we are able to keep up the momentum of a transaction, keeping costs and timescales to a minimum.
